Each kit includes a recommended age range, and each story is adapted to be appropriate for that age range.

Is there a subscription service available?

Do these kits require adult supervision?
Adult supervision is not required unless desired, though some assistance may be needed for set construction or other activities. We encourage these activities to be performed in groups to foster creativity and unity among children.

Do you ship worldwide?
No, we do not offer worldwide shipping at this time.

Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. If you need to return your order for a full refund after receiving it, please contact us.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the following day. Please note, we do not ship on weekends. Allow extra time for processing during holidays and sale seasons.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery can take between 1-2 weeks.
How do I return an item?

What if the items I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?
Please contact us immediately if you receive defective, incorrect, or damaged items. Include your order number, photographs of the issue, and all relevant details. We will address your concern as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed to the original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact your bank or card issuer with any questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
